Olka Spor A.Ş. is a growing brand. Therefore, we needed an infrastructure that would support our organization in the long term, adapt easily to our changing business processes and let us access accurate information. The main reasons why we preferred Nebim V3 ERP were its solutions for product management, allocation and business partner integration. When you consider that Skechers products are sold in over 100 stores and dealerships in Turkey, Nebim V3 ERP has become vital for the supply chain management of seasonal product orders and for the management of location, reservation and shipment transactions.

Could you please talk about the story of the Skechers brand?

With an annual shoe sale of 100 million, Skechers is the second biggest shoe brand in the United States. Its huge collection of 3.500 different models reaches 85% of the world population. 85% of the shoes in our collection are technological shoes. The worldwide annual turnover of the company is 2,5 billion USD. In Turkey, there are more than 400 points of sale. As Olka, we are in our 4th year in the Turkey operations of Skechers. During this period, we have obtained a market penetration above the industry norms. We sell shoes that are functional and technological, but also suitable for all segments. The Turkish customer is in a process of change. We feature especially sports shoes, walking shoes and children’s shoes. We are a young brand in Turkey and there are still many customers we haven’t touched. All of our plans and strategies aim at a permanent and loyal customer base in the Turkish market as it is the case in the whole world.

How did you become acquainted with Nebim?

Olka Spor A.Ş. was established in 2011 and we became acquainted with Nebim then. After researching Nebim solutions in depth, we decided that Nebim V3 would be the solution to meet all our ERP needs and we started using it.

Could you please talk about the reasons why you chose Nebim V3 ERP and how Nebim V3 ERP has contributed to your business processes?

Olka Spor A.Ş. is a growing brand. The main reasons why we preferred Nebim were its solutions for product management, allocation and business partner integration. There is long way ahead of us which we will go together with Nebim. Nevertheless, when you consider that Skechers products are sold in over 100 stores and dealerships in Turkey, Nebim V3 ERP has become vital for the supply chain management of seasonal product orders and for the management of location, reservation and shipment transactions.

Our priorities are process management, the follow-up of imports, logistics integration and warehouse management, and the delivery of the correct products to the customers in full and at the right time. We can also manage our business in a more accurate and effective way thanks to the reporting solutions resulting from Nebim’s cooperation with QlikView and advanced pivot reports. We use Nebim V3 ERP because we believe that we can properly manage all these parameters with it, and that it will be one of the most important business partners for our growing brand.

What are the future plans of your company?

Our short-term, mid-term and long-term plans at Olka Spor A.Ş. are growth, and the constant improvement of our business and our brand. Especially in the upcoming 3-year period, our biggest aim is to make the Skechers brand one of the first three brands in Turkey in our segment.
